I’ve lost my privilege card / it’s not working right

Sometimes your Privilege Card can become faulty! If this is the case ask a member of the team in the shop for a new card, then give us a call on 01332 226640 or email letusknow@georgestradition.co.uk. We’ll be able to change the number of the card on your account straight away! Any points will be transferred and if you send us a scan or photo of your receipt we can add that on too! (If your card is faulty don’t activate it online as your points won’t be transferred over!)

How do I apply for a Privilege Card?

Just ask for a privilege card from one of our lovely team when you’re in one of our shops and simply fill out our application form today! (Please note: Your Privilege Card can take up to 12 hours to activate)
